Rental terms & conditions

1. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the agreed upon start date and ends on the selected return date. Rental periode is 4 days unless other agreements have been made.

  • The item must be shipped or dropped off on the final rental day. For shipping, a tracking number is required to be sent for proof. If a tracking number is not provided, and garments get lost, a full product fee must be paid. 

2. Payment

  • Full rental payment is required before any garments will be handed over/shipped.

  • Shipping is paid by, by customer.

  • A refundable security deposit can be paid, for any natural tears that may occur. It will be returned after inspection of the garments.

3. Care & Use

  • Rental items must be worn with reasonable care.

  • Light wear is expected.

  • Damage that exceeds normal wear (tears, stains, burns, alterations, etc.) will result in repair fees or replacement fees.

4. Late Returns & irreparably Damaged Items

  • Late returns may incur a daily fee.

  • If an item is not returned after 4 days, the replacement value may be charged.

  • If for any reason you are not able to return the item within time frame, you must contact us before End of Day of last rental day.

  • If the item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the customer may be charged the full retail/replacement value of the garment.

5. Cleaning

  • Cleaning is handled by Bella Faith.

  • Do not attempt to wash, dry-clean, or alter the garment yourself.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start date (including shipping) may receive a refund.

  • Cancellations after that window may not qualify for a refund (including if garment is already shipped).

8. Fit Issues

  • If the item does not fit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be returned immediately, unworn, for a refund or credit.

9. Use of Rental Items

  • Garments may not be used for editorial, commercial, or photoshoot purposes without prior written approval.

10. Agreement

  • By renting a garment, the customer agrees to all terms listed here.
