We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your product, you can return it according to the conditions below.
Made-to-Order Styles
Please note: Because our styles are made to order, these items cannot be returned. Each piece is specially crafted for you, which means we cannot accept returns on made-to-order products.
Return Period
For items that are eligible for return, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bellafaith.net. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer:
- Denmark: 50 DKK
- International: 150 DKK
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
