Made-to-Order Products
All our products are handmade and made to order. Each piece is individually crafted with care, which means:
- Production time is required before shipping
- Each item is unique and may have slight variations
- Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products
Handmade Nature
Because all items are handmade, minor imperfections, variations, and differences may occur. These are not considered defects but rather characteristics of handcrafted products. This includes:
- Slight variations in size, color, and pattern
- Minor irregularities that are inherent to handmade items
- Small differences from product photos
Errors and Defects
While we take great care in crafting each item, errors and defects may occasionally occur. If you receive an item with a significant defect or error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
